• Graduate or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (any discipline)
• Good command of English language (candidates working in the Indian sub-continent will be expected to communicate effectively in one or more regional languages)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Evidence of high achievement and/or previous successful track record
• Ability to adhere to deadlines and work under pressure
• Ability to work well individually and as part of a multinational team
• Proficient in essential computer skills
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious and intuitive
